Happy sunday guys.. Please i need help on my mum's Infinix hot 6.. I went to charge the phone one evening, when i returned it didnt turn on anymore.. An engineer claimed its the panel that got burned and needs replacement ... Please is that possible.. If not so, is there any possible solution to that? |

Pls solve this my gionee s10 did not fall down but when i woke up on morning it was working normally but the screen is blank....... Any solution? The screen is working fine but shows blank...... |

Good afternoon bosses, please i have a very serious issue. My iphone 11 got stolen last night and i'm unable to track it. However, my google authenticator app is logged in on the phone and the backup code is also saved on the phone. Now i'm unable to access some of my social media accounts because i cant access my google authenticator app anymore. Please what can i do to retrieve or access my google auth app. Please i'm seriously in need of help. |

zdeen:PCBs are very fragile and delicate. Any little pressure on them could lead to a short in any of its Sections and part. I can only assume that the PCB you ordered from Aliexpress is faulty. That's if it was properly fixed by you and wasn't damaged during fixing. 1 Like |

Nhemzie17:. I want to believe the technician while troubleshooting your mum's phone started from the known to the unknown before jumping into conclusions. Except in extreme case(s), It might not necessarily mean that the PCB(panel) is shorting which is what I think he meant by 'burnt panel'. It could be that you used a faulty charger that inadvertently supplied an unhealthy amount of voltage/ current to your PCB. On that model of Infinix, anything more than 5.0V is unhealthy for the phone. Check/Change the battery. If it still refuses to switch on, check for continuity in the Battery terminal. 1 Like |
