What makes you feel you're entitled to her body?

It's not that you don't want sex, what I believe is you started off as a nice guy who doesn't care about sex and now you don't know how to change that. You're now afraid that if you ask now, she may reject you and see you for not being so nice after all.

If in a relationship you have to wait for 3 years before sex, I can't even begin to imagine how long you are waiting now that you're married and there are maybe children.
