Hi Emmalextemtop

1. It will be sent immediately and MBS ticket will be issue to you either bank or through your email address.

2. They will only have access to the months you generated on the MBS (June-Nov). But why do you want to move the fund though? Coz will have seen some cases where the IRCC will asked you to update your Bank Statement.

Okay thanks, in how many mints/hrs will my bank (first bnk) be done with the process?

For the funds, my sponsor (dad) might want to use part of the money, that's why. But my living expenses of 10kcad(3m) will be intact in my account.

Hi good day everyone.i have a problem getting a course to study in canada. Please anyone your advice would be appreciated on what to do.! I studied Midwifery for 3 years in Nigeria and have been practicing, then I was thinking of furthering with a short nursing program like for 2 years to get a BSN degree, instead of the normal 4 years in Canada,

but I haven't gotten any reliable response from most schools I emailed.. while most universities explained the only way I would be eligible for any accelerated nursing program in their college is having a previous BSC in any related course, my Midwifery is not equivalent to BSC others are not ready to offer nursing to international students....

On the other hand, some persons just advise I start a fresh and ignore my previous Midwifery certificate program, this is not really easy to do for me.... meanwhile, I think I would be able to study a short nursing program considering my previous studies.

Makano,

Thanks so much for all your prompt responses. I am very grateful. Pls i have one more question. My brother paid part of my 1st year tuition of 16kcad. He wanted to transfer money to me to pay it from naija thru flywire because my school refused to release their bank details. They insisted i pay thru flywire. i approached my bank gtbank and they refused to pay thru flywire. I never knew that other banks agree to that. i only discovered while reading comments on this platform.

So i had to change 6k usd in black market at cut throat rate and wired to my brothers account. he made up the balance and paid for me. How do i explain what happened to ircc so that they believe me. The 6k which i wired to him from my bank account shows on his bank stmt and the 16kcad which he paid for me thru flywire also shows. Biko assist me. because theres is no record on my stmts to show how i made the 16kcad payment for my one yr fees.

i look forward to your response.

For First-bank, I will advice you to go to the bank very early because of their payment route to generate MBS, and make sure you go to their Big Branch coz not all first bank branch do MBS.

As it been said early, they always asked for statement update but it’s rarely happens.

So I got study permit and travelled on the 14th. Arrived Canada 15th and went for immigration to get study permit. Intention was to travel chill in Ontario for 3 weeks and return to Naija before travelling to Vancouver in January. Na so the border officer lady after checking my online portal and other documents now asked for my connecting flight to Vancouver - which I didn't have - and I explained that I had things I needed to drop for my cousin in Ontario and will proceed to Vancouver afterwards. The woman just look me say I no want go school ba. So she said she is giving me a 3 months study permit with a clause that I am not permitted to work off campus. She said that when I get to Vancouver and settle there, I can apply for an extension. So that was my experience some persons are angry the lady did that and others said I was lucky, I could have been sent back to naija. I still dey Ontario. Gotten what I came for SIN and study permit. Will deal with the extension when I get to Vancouver.
wow.just wow.well, I have my flight ticket to Vancouver already as I even booked that one 1st.please if u dont mind o, what other documents did she ask you and why was she looking at ur school portal?
