It wasn't man who put value on virginity. It was He who made humans that put value on virginity. He even recommended that a woman be stoned for being promiscuous while still in her father's house. But that law is no longer practised now, anyway. Those who fear and honor their Messiah and Master will raise up children who know the importance of abstinence from premarital sex.

Somebody said somewhere that if virginity was not important, the Creator wouldn't have put a seal on the vagina of a woman. I agree with him/her completely.

Most people keep their virginity to honour God not to honour man. A lady can be a virgin and still have bad characters.

Very interesting. Any woman who keeps her virginity just to honour her Maker is a treasure. Do you think it is a minor thing? She will honour her husband. In fact, you have to fear, honor and respect your Maker in order to obey him. It means such woman knows what it means to follow her Maker. Such woman falls into the category of the virtuous women old Sarah, Rebecca, etc. Such women can't have bad character in their matrimonial homes.

As for those who preserve their virginity for the sake of their local deities, I can't say whether they will have good or bad character in their matrimonial homes.


From what you said above, I believe you read the same Scriptures that I read. Can you mention anywhere in the Scriptures where man's virginity was stated? How do you ascertain if a male is a virgin or not? Is there any kind of seal? But, the Creator made a woman with a seal on vagina. If it was not important, he wouldn't have created women with seal on the vagina. It is that simple.

I don't think any woman who has slept with multiple men can be trusted o. My opinion.

There are people on the other side who do not see anything wrong with premarital sex. This group of people don't see premarital sex as something sinful and, therefore, see no need for repentance.

No one is saying that those who have committed fornication should go and commit suicide! Nope! People who have committed fornication and believe that it is sinful have opportunity to repent. They can repent and abstain from it. This is the sexual purity that we are talking about. Even the woman caught in adultery was told by the Messiah to go and sin no more.

What is grace?

Adultery was a sin. Adultery is still a sin. Anyone who is living an adulterous life is dead spiritually and will remain in that state until he or she repents and turns away from it.

The adulterous woman was already condemned to die by stoning according to the Law. But Yahushua the Messiah had mercy on her, forgave her and told her to go and sin no more. That, tight there, Rosement, is grace. It also called to question the kind of people who were waiting to stone her.

There is a reason YHVH Almighty instructed the Israelites of old to stone any girl whose virginity could not be ascertained by her husband after marriage. In fact, it was an abomination for any Israelite girl to be promiscuous while still in her father's house. It was that serious.
