How can Biafrans be hated more in Biafra?
adamsmith914:
And you are even hated more in the next compound that you move to?

And the irony is that the egocentricity is even more dire today, ipob & Nnamdi Kanu has made the madness worse.

PHD in Ipobian science? Nonsense. Was it not Abia Transport services he was running before Mumurist Theodore Orji picked him from obscurity?

Election aside, these two you mentioned,
do you think they are competent enough to move Nigeria forward?

You don't just vote for your brother even though he is grossly incompetent
Well yes I do if they were given the opportunity, but Never in my wildest dream, imagined that any South Easterner will even be given the ticket of Pdp or apc, let alone win any general election in Nigeria.

All I asserted is that those 2 names mentioned are the best they have which is also DOA.

The Igbo man is never down, just that you lack political commonsense to elect sensible leaders. Igbos elect fools like Ikpeazu and Ugwuanyi to lead Igboland but you want to produce the President. Have you even produced sensible Governors?

Igbos are mostly businessmen. If power is decentralised, perhaps Igbos and others would vote for sensible leaders to help them compete with other progressive states.

But every developed region need federal government presence that's why the Igbos need someone from the southeast to occupy that position.

However, it will never happen in 2023, nor will this country move forward with its current structure.

The truth of the matter is politicians know this and don't care about all the idiots bashing each other here. They don't even believe Nigeria will ever work.

Nigeria is just a money mill for politicians.

U don't get it ..... They look for every single reason to discredit igbos. Which governor is even performing well sef. The best performing governor is Dave Umahi of Ebonyi state but they will be silent about it

You must be high on Mkporu miri.

Fulani crimes are very bad but their crimes pales into nothing as compared to the ones done by Igbos. Igbos commit treason and that is punishable with death under the constitution.

An average Igbo is very wicked and will be looking forways to destroy you. Never trust an Igbo.

Ask yourself, why ar Yeebos the most executed people on the planet. yeebos get executed in all Asian and Arab countries. Will you call it hatred too?

my comment is not for people like you.

honestly I can't continue with this so much hatred on this group..
The tribalistic comments is terrible.
We go to the same markets, we have the same blood flowing in our veins.
There's no family in Nigeria that doesn't have at least a very distant relative from other parts of Nigeria.
I have friends and acquaintances in every part of Nigeria.
My two best friends are from Kaduna.
I have 2 Muslim women friends that love me so much and I love them too. They have helped me severally and I have returned the favour.
We are always happy around ourselves.
I have Muslim men friends that look out for me always.
I have friends from every part of Yorubaland.
I have hausas as friends, Niger Delta and Even a Fulani guy was so close to us that he used to come to our house every Sunday to eat Sunday rice.
He will step out to our balcony to say his prayers and we will oblige him.
Infact my little children will be whispering that uncle is praying. We respected him,his culture and religion.
We have to stop this tribalism.
It is killing us more than the evil our politicians are committing against us.
I still expect haters to attack me on this, but I have dropped my comments for those whose consciences have not left them completely.
SHALOM
Never seen you with such energy & enthusiasm when they attack ewedu Muslims and bully innocent peaceful Muslims on this platform on daily basis here. Hypocrite!

Maybe you should try and search out my comments about tribalism.
If I don't comment at a particular time about a group of stupid tribalistic nairalanders hitting out at others, it doesn't mean that I Am happy at it.

So What's your point? Did they stop their region from being opposition stronghold?

It’s funny how Apc and their supporters are mocking their Igbos Chieftains like the opposition mocks them.

Apc supporters acting like opposition towards their own members from south east it’s quite disgraceful. What a senseless party.

Is it every Yoruba man that likes Apc?? Obviously No! So why the hypocrisy?

Good evening ma,I have lived in major cities in Europe and if understand the hate and disrespect igbos have for other tribes, you won't say this, hate attract hate.
Mummyfour:
I have just read comments here and they are very disheartening indeed.
I ask you nairalanders that hate the Igbos with so much passion, what did the Igbos do to you all?.
Why this anger and bitterness at this tribe?.
Funny enough some of them I know are die hard APC supporters .
You buy goods from them, you have them as friends, they gat your backs when you are in trouble, they employ you and your families in their businesses, they loan or dash you money, yet you people hate Igbos.
I really need to know the reason why.
Maybe I have been missing something
Politics apart, why the hatred?
A group of people should have their own opinions and ideologies.
You can't generalize and call all Igbos names because of some judases that are very much in other tribes.
But again, apart from the hatred of the Igbos, my heart breaks when I see the amount of tribalism on this platform.
My heart breaks when I read comments of people without conscience abusing or insulting a tribe.
But we go to church or mosques and ask God for mercy.
It is hypocrisy.

Honestly Madam, I don't think your first comment is detrabilized. Very unbalanced and aggressive posing one group as the devil and the second as the angel.

If you are new on nairaland, that's forgivable but if you've been around here for some time and gone through different threads, it would be safe to call you a hypocrite.

There is no love on nairaland. Here is full of hate displayed to opposing tribes. Coward tribalists who don't have the gut to come out openly use a faceless group like this.

The comments against the Igbos tonight on this thread is sickening and sad. So much hatred but it's nothing new. It can only be on this forum.

However, I think I have seen worse. If you have ever been on a thread where Igbo guys displayed hatred against others, I wonder if you would make the same comment or read on. These ethnic thugs are just counting scores. The hatred is not one-sided as you made it seem. Its reciprocal. You are the only one coming to defend one part of this evil group and defending the other yet appearing neat and neutral.

I think non-tribalist shouldn't take any side in this nairaland ethnic civil war or such might be taken as a hypocrite or another one of them.

We can only hope Seun and the mods will find something to do about this.
