This is why school need to be teaching financial literacy.
This guy seriously need orientation on liability and assets. One take money out from you ( liability) one brings in Money to you (asset).
And if you really knows what you are doing you only buy liability from the profit you get from the Asset. Eg I have 40k and have been eyeing this bicycle that has big Tyre.
