Anyways, first it is a stupid thing to sack a staff because she "challenged" senior colleague's ideas. What kind of shit country be this. I hope she has attorney that can push this case in court. WTF!

On the flip side, let her know that if u remain working, you will be able to provide some financial assistance for her during her job search so dt the effects of the sack will not be too much on her.

PS: One of my colleagues has been on my neck to b*ng me and I have been avoiding it. We have physically discussed about it. And I let her know dt sexually relationship among colleagues often times ends up badly. She still on the matter. Na ur case go make me seal dt option totally now.

To me what I will advice is that you have to take the bolder step by writing your own resignation letter, give it to your uncle directly and tell him all the mistake you have made with the girl. Tell him your flings and make sure you has well defend her as well. Let your uncle realise why you are resigning and let him decide if you will be forgiven or punished. You can't eat your cake and have it. The mistake we all make in life is when nemesis trying to catch up with us and we are cutting corners, it might not end well. Submit your self to be reprimanded and let the girl know you have no hand in her sacking and dont ever point an accusing finger again to any of the senior staff that they are involve in the girl sacking. If she leave the company you still have to face them and work together. My humble advice. Face your fear and be a man at least your uncle is your uncle. The family can still sit down and beg for you. Henceforth, be a good staff and obey the rules.

I think you should walk up to ur uncle and open up about the fling ur having with the girl so she doesn't have leverage again ,it's better u report urself than the girl reporting u and adding salt and pepper to the story

Today i opened a file and saw this girls name on list of people to be sacked.
I have to submit it and prepare their letters.
I have defended her when my uncle wanted to sack her last year.
If i defend her again, my uncle will suspect im having fling with her. He almost caught us kissing so he is suspicious
If my uncle find out, he might sack me.
He sees me as an angel and i want to keep that reputation. So i can become M.D

For those asking why they want to sack her
Last year, during staff meeting. She kind of challenged a senior collegue's idea infront of everybody, the man was not having it. It caused a riff between them. Since then the man has been trying to sack her. Based on he is my uncles alley.
I defended her privately to my uncle. They didnt sack her..
Last year my uncle annouced that he will be going to uk for hip surgery.
His wife has taken over as of January.
Maybe the wife has a hand in this.
And i cant ask her why..
