You have not thought it through. Everyone has a right to report or not to report. It's not wrong not to report. But when you do, it should be verifiable and actually reporting. Dropping an amount without a name is not reporting a sale. If you look deeper, it could also bother on the mischievous. Think it through. Would you really call dropping an amount without dropping the name? Really? Or you have some other beef with me?
