my friend ovie dt left for common Luxembourg since 2009 av sworn never to return to naija, he is doing well n do send moni to his famz here n even making plans to move all of them abroad n I pray mk e includ me join d plans .
he is always busy n just last week e asked for a v.c bcox its bin long e had seen wat d environment looks like..
he called dt evening n first thing he asked was "GUY NO TELL ME SAY AFTER ALL THIS YEARS WEY I LEAVE NAIJA, UNA STILL DEY SUFFER WIT LIGHT"...I just weak

So many came back to start business, not everyone have enough brains or will to become an entrepreneur, some are meant to.be workers till they die...most prefer going to America for trips and business, not everyone like being a bloody immigrant or second class citizen

On a serious note, we need more Nigerians to travel out, and send back foreign payments, so Nigeria traveling out is a good thing, since our population is huge.

Make I just get that opportunity to japa first.

I know one that was a crack addict. They sent him back to nigeria so he could have a change of environment and stop using. His family set up a business for him. The wife they arranged for him bankrupted the business and ran away with her loverboi. The man went back to drugs.

When your village people are after your destiny. That is the only thing that'll make you to leave an extremely sane society like America back to a cripple hoe called Nigeria.

They most regret it especially if they can't go back again.

Is the person mad?

Some will, some won't.

Na so life be. One doesn't invalidate the other. We forget some people went there to hustle, after achieving what ever it is they went there fore they come back HOME!

I know of one baba that said he is done, he must not die there, moved to the village built a house and lives there thankfully the village is safe and quiet.

Baba is 84 now the same age with Obasanjo, has grand kids and great grand kids abroad he is just waiting for death.

Some people have truly lived LIFE.

Why won't they regret.

A friend of mine who just arrived Nigeria last week was seen in filling station queeing to buy fuel, what regret would be more than that?

The few people that came back finally are either those their parent are politicians and who have embezzled pubic fund for their generational use...

Or

Those who have worked legitimately to raise some money that would last them and their kids till they die...

Majority of people coming back to Nigeria are only doing so to spend little time with their family and move back once the present situation doesn't favour them

Someone once said that it is better to be a fowl roaming around the street of US than to be a human being in Nigeria

America is the bedrock of racism

Most of them come back and start using their American connect to cash out on gullible Nigerians

Funny thing I noticed about this American and Canadian returnees is that the moment they get Permernent Residency they come back home straight and start their usual business

Actors
Car dealership
Farming
Travel Agents
And most especially Yahoo Yahoo money laundering and pickers


The Nigerians that have not travelled out to hustle before and always complaining about Nigeria I just look at them and smile, some of them may never understand the emotional torture of a migrant without necessary documents to get proper job, competing with wicked Asians and Mexicans for horrible job
