Most Christians (church goers) today from protestants churches and all other Christian denominations believe that Jesus is GOD and he's equal and the same as the Father.
If they are really right as they think they are, why do they find it hard to believe virgin Mary as the mother of GOD?

The fact is, if indeed Jesus is God and he's the Father, there's no blasphemy in saying Mary is the mother of GOD.

The Roman Catholic church is the originator of trinity and "Mary the mother of GOD" doctrines. So why should we believe in one and reject the other?

I just saw this and I think it's a great topic. Like you say, why should we believe one thing from the Catholic and doubt another. That's a great question. But a follow-up question, why should we believe the bible that came from the Catholic church and then doubt their teachings.
Personally, I believe every religion has some truth in it. So believing a truth from a particular religion does not mean you have to believe everything about the religion.
even Christians share many common beliefs with Muslims, but it doesn't mean they have to believe everything.

It is God's words obviously but the bible as we know it is a collection of God's words made by the Catholic church. It was the church that decided what should or should not be included in your bible.

That's the point, just because others agree with the Catholic in some doctrine, does not mean they are bound to agree with everything.

Or rather, if the Bible calls Jesus Christ god which it did in John 1 then Mary was clearly the Mother of God. Only that she was his earthly mother.

The Catholics are responsible for your present bible so I don't know how you can be more accurate unless you have copies of the words of the Apostles that predate the modern bible
