So after all that investment, they should use their tools to diagnose your car for free, then you run away when they tell u d faults and give you repair invoice, and take it to your village kazeem to fix at a cheaper rate, since you can now conveniently pinpoint what's wrong with the vehicle

There is a difference between trolling and complaint. If you infer that anyone is using an alternate moniker to make false claims, you should have been able to point out one such dubious claims amongst all the claims. There is no organization anywhere in the world that does not get bad reviews sometimes. It calls for worry if the negative reviews are much more than the positive ones. I understand there would be happy customers who do not know NL. Do you also know how many unhappy customers that also do not know NL and have nowhere to vent, and ended up counting and cutting their loses?This should rather be a wake up call. I do not believe radautos invested so much human and financial resources to reap anything less than excellence service delivery. Everything is not a BHD syndrome. I like the fact that she has undertaken to improve customer relation and quality control in her organization which is a good start. What you just did was try to mudslide.

I was a victim of such herd mentality, I was accuse of selling fake Mobil 1 oil and few people try to lay claim that I sold them fake oil.......


It was all jealousy and certain cabals here ( we not going to mention names ) were part of the campaign. It was about 2 of my most loyal customers that came to defend me .. Others that bought oil from keep shut and didn't anything........


We as a people need to stand up to such cabals and weed them out .. A lot of monikers here are jealous of other people success .... .

The hate is very real here.. I hope u get my point

@rad I suggest that customers start rating the work done on their vehicles and these ratings are tied to the individuals that worked on the vehicles. Thes ratings should be factored in appraisals. That might help.
