If your sponsor is in Nigeria and s/he is to transfer the equivalent of the 615*12 to your account, will the funds be considered at official CBN rate or black market rate or must the funds be in euro in your Nigerian dorm account?

It’s ok in naira, and in any account not necessarily dom account. And CBN rate is used not black market.

Hello bro congrats on your visa.. Permit me to ask.. Which town are you going to?

I got admission in ECEMA LYON masters in human resources management.. I'm stuck with finding accommodation for visa purposes.. I've been searching through studapart but it all confusing..

ANY BODY GOING TO LYON PLEASE LET'S LINK UP AND PROBABLY GET AN APARTMENT TOGETHER AND SHARE THE RENT.. QUIT EXPENSIVE

Studapart is your best bet. I will advice you pay the studapart guarantee fee, it will reall Boost your chances of getting a place unless you have a guarantor resident in France.

Houses are quite expensive in France and difficult to get if you aren’t in France.

Another important thing for those who are done with theirs.. how many months insurance did u guys buy.. Must IT Be ONE Year?? I'm Looking At Buying 3 MONTHS Health Insurance.. Will that be accepted?

Insurance is just for 3 MONTHS only.

Please just follow the checklist sent to you by campus France. To avoid unnecessary mistakes. Everything you need to know and other accommodation platforms are listed in the campus France guide. Please use it. And also make use of avoiding visa application guide sent along with it.

I repeat EVERY INFORMATION you need is in the CF guide please use it.

Visa success rate is very high because of the straight forward process and the involvement of Campus France, the international body set up to aid students coming into France.

There will be no WhatsApp group. All discussions will take place here.
Thanks for that, with Whatsapp contact flying up and down the beautiful thread will be abandon and might breed scammers, please I want to make inquiry is it possible for HND holder to apply for a postgraduate program?

Some universities charge 243 Euro per year other universities charge 3770 Euro. It depends on the university you select and which offers you admission. Masters program can be 1 year or 2 years. Most are 2 years.
Please do they give option to stay back after study ?

After living on Temporary Residence permit in France for fiver years you can apply for Permanent Residence...

The breakdown

Msc/MBA/MIM 1or 2 years
1 year Residence permit for job search
3 years work (Minimum of 30,000 euros annual salary)
Must not be out of France for 6 consecutive months or 10 months cumulatively within the 5 years of Temporary Residence.

It is, all Shenghen countries are very weary of granting visa to Nigerians now because a visa to France is a visa to other 27 Shenghen countries.

However, use Campus France while applying for your study visa, that gives you like 70% chance already, follow their guide very well and pray for success.

I'm saving up money now, by mid next year I will throw in my application for visa too smiley smiley smiley

Wish you success. Last question are application for program open or one has to wait till October, and is it just waec that's needed if one wants to go for undergraduate study, and for masters am seeing master 1 and master 2 which is very confusing on which to pick

Please what's the difference between master 1 and master 2

France bachelor is 3yrs... Masters 2yrs...

M1 is equivalent of 4th year bsc in Nigeria. So you are qualified to apply for Master 2 direct ( just 1yrs). And if you wish to stay longer then you apply to start from Master 1( 2yrs).

You can't do PHD with M1 only but you can work with it. You can do PHD after completing M2 and work aswel.

Master 2 holders get higher pay than M1 in employment.

I think most of France public universities receive applications from October to December every year and they are much more affordable compared to Private Institutions that receive applications year round.

It's better you wait till October, your WAEC is cool but securing Academic IELTS or TOFEL will help you get admission in an affordable University...

English proficiency test is not required , Nigeria is already an English speaking country , if anything is required it would be a French baccalaureate .
