We do not know the state of the marriage and there are things kids might not even know. There is a rule abroad. It is not a criminal offence to cheat although wrong. What is criminal is threatening a life, invading their privacy and then worse off posting their privacy online. If not that he is their dad he can press charges and let them smell the consequences. Any party can cheat and if they are caught the other party has a right to simply walk away from it. Taking it to this level is just plain wrong.
