It’s quite straightforward. Once you have compiled your documents in Microsoft Word, save the document as word. Then save another copy as pdf.

Then go to https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf to compress the file. Make sure after compression, you open the document and ensure what is inside is still readable. If not then you begin removing some documents you consider less important.

Or move them to the additional document section since Proof of Funds and Consent Personal Information is where you’d have the most important documents
ok, now I understand. Thanks bro

Yes they don't put CGPA on their Admissionrequirements. That's why 2.2 ,3rd Class graduates can get Post Graduate admission at colleges, most especially the ones located at Ontario province.

Colleges accept students based on two things:

Either the post grad. Certificate program you are going for is related to your Academic background or your work experience (even though that work experience is not in anyway related to that Academic background). There is a Microbiology graduate, who worked in a bank for 2-years in a bank, applied for a Post Graduate Certificate in Business mgt, got admission, his Study Visa was approved.

Your CGPA is extra-sufficient for a Post Grad. CERTIFICATE admission at a college. Apply to colleges in Ontario if they have your post grad. certificate
program of interest . You would most likely be accepted. Their admission is not as competitive as that of Masters University Admission.

Potential Documents needed to apply for admission in a College for PG. Cert (Most especially at Ontario Colleges)

Sorry about your refusal.

No you do not need to go for another medicals, the medical exam is valid for 1 year, until expiration, the upfront medical you did is still valid.

It will end in praise

I think u need to consult a tax consultant or an accountant for this . If your coy is registered as limited liability d mode of tax computation is diff from coy registered as sole proprietorship or partnership biz . Sole n partnership kind of biz is computed on PAYE basis and it’s remitted to state internal revenue. but for a limited coy it’s computer on d basis of coy income tax and it’s remitted to FIRS .
Nevertheless, they all remit their VAT n WHT to firs tho
Teejackz11009:
Please guys I will like to ask, when trying to register for your company CAC is it also mandatory to apply for Tax clearance certificate? And how is tax paid to FIRS?Are we to pay tax to the FIRS account on every goods you purchase? Or is the receipt you collect from where you bought your goods enough to show as evidence?
Am asking this so as to keep the CAC account Actice incase the embassy wants to verify

How do you guys come up with these numbers?

Hello,

I guess he isn't being specific. He is just highlighting the need for continuous emailing of IRCC if your application has passed processing time. But then, it doesn't mean that when sending the mails, one should over do it.

URGENT PLS

Hello,

IRCC was at the verge of approval of your application and needed to be sure you still have valid admission for said program. Now they requested for a new LOA.

Please kindly send it ASAP if you do.

Please let's form the habit of checking our portals atleast Wednesdays and Friday if you're so busy. Just it isn't late

All the best ok.

I sent in an application on 3rd October and did biometrics on 6th Oct. No request for medicals yet and my college arrival/orientation date is 26th December( to start 1st week in January). Do you think I should disturb IRCC with mails?

Hello,

Even though your application is still young, you can start sending IRCC mails. In your mails, highlight the reason you stated here about your School. Let the subject of your email be tagged URGENT. It help to get the attention of the VOs. Again if you know how to prioritize email to have urgency sign, then it will help as well.

Aside that, I hope you have an option of deferment should decision not come before school resumption?

All the best.

Thanks much for your response. I'll forward this to her right away.

Thomsyne:

Good morning and sorry for the delay.

Have your sister send mails and webforms to all IRCC addresses she can find and categorically state that her school resumes on the 9th and she has to start making preparations for her travel. However, this is highly dependent on a response from IRCC. In the subject of her email, she should add [URGENT].

The mails are here: https://www.nairaland.com/7255452/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/540#118654979

Wish you all the best. You can also contact an MP within the province - best bet is the one within her city. You can find them here http://ourcommons.ca/members/en/search

I applied through agent ,but nothing yet on it so that’s why I think I should start sending mail to IRCC on my own maybe like 50 email per day because I know the agent can’t send like 50 per day because he don’t understand how am feeling about it .so I can’t send them mail aside the email address I used for my application

not needed to pay tax while registering company with CAC
For you to pay tax to FIRS you need to register for (TIN) Tax identification number of your company with FIRS
Filling of annual return each year to CAC is what is needed to keep your business active with CAC

From what i know of new portal, each family member has a seperate application, for example I applied for study permit, then applied for visit visa for my kid so yes its still going to be 2mb irrespective of number of family members

Did you use old portal to apply for the first refusal and did you use old or new portal to apply for the second one. I am thing of withdrawing my application and reapplying using old portal.my application is almost 5months now. Last week I received bvl without ppr .till date no ppr and no decision .I am tired of these canada people . Same date I got the bvl was the same day my admission expired .i think they did it on purpose to frustrate me.My Sch has vowed not to defer freely again I had to pay 250usd to Defer .

Thanks for your response sir
You can see that my application number starts with S..definitely I applied for study permit not work permit....I applied since Nov 22 last year and since then no reply from them till Nov 22 this year...and the next reply I could get was that request letter...I’m suprised seeing work permit...tho my offer has Co-op...

If your program has Co-op and it is indicated in your LOA from the school, IRCC will automatically process both study permit and work permit for you. The work permit is because of the co-op stated on your LOA.

Why they're asking for updated LOA is because a long time has passed and the LOA they have is already outdated, so they need a new one to process your work and study permit. Please, get a new LOA as soon as possible from your school and submit to IRCC.
