Ofeakwu (banger stew) 'palm kernel soup'

When I was a bit younger and I didn't know how to cook, mom went for omugwo & so i booked a road side caterer for one month & I constantly ate her ofeakwu for one month plus & never got tired.. But these days I cook good and ofeakwu still remains my favorite

NOTE: We have white rice with assorted stew, jollof rice, and fried rice. What about rice flour - I love it and it also goes with various kinds of soup.
