How do you know those affected here did not express grievance on the spot ? We do not know that? Whether they did or not human beings are not robots and so we respond to things differently.
In the first place and this goes even beyond the woman, to the management, Why is that trader allowed to enter the bank in the first place?. It probably is not the first time

Same here too. Sometimes, I don't even threaten to put them online. If they annoy me the more, I do it right there on the spot and show them! Yes, I can be that heartless! I took that exact same action against the security man then and I showed him I did to show I wasn't playing.

May be na Bottom Power fetch her the Job but she forgot younger babes have been employed via same route. She has expired!

She should be sacked I don't care, these bankers are very rude and stupid. They behave like gods in the bank. Not only bankers, these office workers don't act like professionals most times.

The annoying of them all are MTN customer care representatives or whatever they're called. I notice whenever you call to complain they try every means to end the call. The guys are fond of doing this, when they hear a fellow guys voice they won't like to speak to you.....I bought a recharge card few days ago and couldn't load it because they said I should wait for 24hrs. I was angry and called customer care and a guy picked, he was in a hurry to end the call which he later did. He said he can't help me because their server is down and he rudely ended the call.
I called back and a lady picked, she was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to give her details of the recharge card. Within 20mins my line was recharged, what that idiot refused to do. I nor know wetin man do man....Thunder fire him wherever he is now!

Most of these people ain't supposed to be in offices, they should be in motor parks and markets.

I am a business owner, I made effort to start my business from the scratch, now I can't do it alone anymore hence; I employed someone who acts this way while customers are waiting to be attended to? My brother if you keep this kind of person in your business, you can be assured that the business will die and at the end of the day she will find her way. I just kicked out an employee with this kind of bad character after several warning!

Such people never know they are wrong and are usually rude! This will serve as a deterrent to all in her shoes. I still remember that security man at one of the bank branches I reported then and never saw again. The next time, I went there, the replacement security man was all nice with me and provided the best customer service he could.

That's how two stupid guys were using me to talk about bb9ja in the bank last year, until I changed it for them, that's when one apologized. The werey wey dey respond to me sef no apologies, rather claiming he's still right, if not for the other guy, I'd have reported him that day.

I collected money from a bank and wanted to deposit same at my bank. And the teller at my bank was saying stupid stuffs about the naira notes, that they were bad, etc. Wo I vex asking if I had money making machine at home and I even just received the bundles from another bank in the same city .

When they saw me raising my voice, they calmed the fvk down and accepted them jejely. Imagine trying to shame me for mostly old notes. Which no be my fault.

I know that Nigeria can never be good.

To be good, most Nigerians will have to be moved abroad even if just for 2 days so that they will witness how a decent society operates. For one, they will get to see that every one of their prayer points were provided by human beings and not God else why would God waste time creating the brain.

The ones I really feel sad for are the decent human beings who have to co-exist with these knuckleheads. Some people are more concerned with her losing her job instead of her actions which is a total breach of security and dereliction of duty. Everyone is so emotional that they throw logic and ethics out of the window. Guess what? They are all blaming Buhari.
