Auto is bots..bots aren't 100% accurate. So u tend to message wrong users...or the main guy(CEO) isn't reached. If more end users of wrong location or wrong services begin to tag Ur email as spam..before u know it..Ur email no go dey hit inbox.

I prefer d manual method..because I know 99% of the time is getting to d real service, location & business--no room for spamming.

I've done domains with over 2K end users manually one at a time. If u think this is hard, then u never do blogging or any harder work u go know this one na child's play.

After 11 follow-ups. Initial Bin price last year was 500. Decided to reach out again this year for the second phase before I let the domain expire. So the new bin was 200. Got an offer of 100 and accepted--we move.

I wanted not to reach out again to the end users because my new year resolution is to ensure I only sell names I would have bought if I were the end user.
..cause, their wasn't an 's' in the 'rental' figured out the one with the s is more preferred; although like some businesses adopt the singular...

But in this case, the domain had upto 450 end users. So one mind just said I should reach out...and it clicked on the first mail.

my boss erjo said 16 too small. only few people are luck to buy 1 or 2 domains and sell immediately so i must keep pushing.

now money don finish. i now know the kinds of domain to buy but no cash again.

Concerning your question 2, personally I use 17 Gmail for outbound. To get maximum deliverability, get your leads manually (he also mentioned that), avoid link in first mail, keep the first mail simple and short, (personally I like to ask questions that will invoke a response from them), if your leads are much have differ version of that sales letter, space the mail across the Gmail properly. About have, create/have a system that works for you.

You need more names. Yeah, 16 is small but you still need to change how you do it. I will advise you do manual scrapping instead of using auto generated leads.

Most time, my first mail is more like a question asking if they offer the service relating to the domain I want to pitch to then. It help me increase response, know which email is invalid, and when they say no, I know they are not my prospect.
