Who cares who he was speaking to? Is that speech the best way to unify the country? Or are we going to continue with the 5% speech? Be you peter Obi, Atiku or Tinubu, if you are elected, you must make sure that Nigeria is unity by providing adequate government presence in all geo political regions whether they voted for you or not. If that is not done, you will end up taking Nigeria to square one.
