Please I will want you all to read this. though I am not a good writer. I rented an apartment somewhere on the Lagos island. We are just 4 in the compound. When I parked into my apartment my wife came with a pregnancy but we lost the baby when she gave birth to the boy. The following year she got pregnant again, The baby also died the day she gave birth. I am not a religious person but my wife is closer to God. She has been telling me about this compound but I just don't have any reason to think or suspect anything.

Lemme tell you in my compound if one of us is working the others will lose there job. I have no reason to be suspecting anything untill I heard that one of the tenants is owning our landlord 2 years rent and our landlord didn't raise voice. In this Lagos that I know landlord don't joke with house rent. Our landlord don't bother us for rent. Sometimes I will be the one sending the house rent to him without him even asking.

I also heard that was the same thing that happened to previous occupants. They lived there without paying for many years and the landlord didnt disturb them.

I won't say our live is better in this house. We are just struggling to survive. Currently I am the only one working while others don't have a job. I am beginning to doubt if our landlord is truly a generous man as we do called him, since he don't bother us for rent.

My wife have lost two pregnancy in this house. I have been jobless many times in this house. I honestly need people opinion on this matter.

Just go and pray about your situation and stop assuming things!
If you manage to build your own house while staying in his house, I'm sure you won't imagine writing us that you tapped from the Landlord's grace.

As a Landlord myself, I will be very honest with you that I do not hessitate to curse anyone deliberately owing me. I've had several down-time on the property due to some wicked tenants I've came across. Infact, I have one that we are in court right now just because I believe in civil process.

So, yes....I curse him a lot. At every moment I think of him, I rain satanic curses on him. So if he decide to run away with all my money and move to another apartment, my potent-laden curses will start hunting him and his offsprings in a way he would ever imagine.......And he will think it's the new Landlord using his glory.

Will I pity him? Maybe if he redresses himself! But for now, he will live with it.

Some of the problems we face in life are as a result of our bad deeds to someone else. Or some that our parents incurred on us.

There's no such thing as someone "using" your destiny.
You either fix yourself or try other things.
Don't be staganant and leave that innocent man alone.
No man has the ability to take another man's provision.
It's God that gives and take.

Do you know why we Africans are lazy?
We easily cast aspersions on others because we refuse to look deeply inwards to see that we are our own problems.

As a Muslim,believing anyone is holding you down is flagrant distortion of reality.
Check the way you act at work,how you spend your time/money and how your invest.
Even spiritually speaking, do you help the needy or the poor?

Had it been you were a Muslim you would know these things are all under God's control not human.

My this is common practice from all the bad landlords that are rituals , destiney killers, witches and wizard landlord.

My friend experience this same thing as you just mentioned herewith, when he packed in a house he paid for only 2 years in a house he leaves for 5 year, landlord did not bother to asked him for rent. Things where so tough for him , business was not moving, he was stranded. Somebody told him that his yard where he is leaving is diabolic, and it is the landlord that is responsible,

He advised him to use a pack of salt and pour it into the toilet and also pour in the washing sink in the kitchen , after that he will see the reaction of the landlord.

Low and behold, after the salt was pour the toilet and into the sink. After that day the landlord came and issue him quit notice, and ask him to bring him his money when he is ready.

My advice. Try to put a pack of salt into the toilet and into the sink and flush it with water, then wait if the landlord will come or not.

Sorry to ask how valid is this story and what does a pack of salt do in such realm ?

After 1 year in my new house (then); my wife wanted us to move out.i didn't see the reason I should move. The second year, the signs started showing and we stayed planning to pack out, since then, everywhere got locked! I bought a car last July, and I was visiting the mechanic workshop every week. I finally packed out last Saturday, after almost 4 years in that devilish compound of just 2 flats, where I was the only tenant! Bros, look for another asap!

My situation is even better. I stayed in a house For three years and never boasted of anything tangible. I came in to the house as a comfortable man and his family. But yo my surprise, everything went on downward spiral and being a prayerful person myself, I tried all prayers possible. Until my imam came to warn me that I should pack out of the house even if it is one room

I left the house a month and half ago and God has opened his doors.

My point is do not underrate spiritual warnings as it has a way of affecting you positively or negatively.

My advise is move out but with a condition: pray hard for a house that will bring progress to your life before you move. Cheers.

Funny. You amazed me. Why is it that most of us like blame game. There is super job insecurity in Nigeria due to government instability with their policies. Your landlord is a reasonable man who carefully understand happening in the country. Those I know they used their destiny are mad people or people with insanity. Some infections causes regular miscarriage in women during pregnancy. Just go for medical checkups please.

so the thing that triggers your doubt is the fact that he does not come two months before your rent expires to increase the rent or tell you he wants to use his house and you should pack out, just the way other landlords do.

because this is the ONLY valid reason for suspicion you have pointed towards him.

you that can not leave 10k debt with someone for 2 days has turned around to call another man a DEMON for not rushing you for debt. He has become the reason for your collective misfortunes yet all of you refuse to pack out.

Take a look at yourself, how you came into that house and how you are now ask yourself if you have progressed or regressed? Better leave that house ASAP and don’t even wait for your rent to expire and make sure you don’t tell your landlord your plans. They have a lot of them on the Island.

Let me help you clear your mind.
I once rented a house in Lekki, just two tenants, Landlord lives there too.

The day I packed in, while unpacking, i got a sharp clear vision that am going to loose my job. Bro, I did not take it serious, my job was not the kind you loose anyhow. But about 3 days later, I was called from field work to comeback to Lagos urgently, when I got back, it was to collect my sack letter.

Went home to my family and started prayers. About 3 months after, I was called back, sack letter withdrawn, and offered a new role. Then I learnt my co tenant lost their business shortly after packing into the house. Landlord himself got the house after loosing his job. Too many coincidences, plus the vision. It took me 3 years of constant effort to packout. I once packed out, and went right back due to conditions in my new place.

Jesus Christ is your wayout, pray to get shielded by God, and pack out! To others, always ask neighbours before packing into a house in Lagos. They operate a spiritual club and network and know each other. They call themselves a club of theives, they even have club house. The only thing that is not obvious is that they do not steal in the material world, but steal by divinition. But Jesus Christ is stronger!

Oga you need to get serious with a living church, if not one person will wipe out your entire generation , or keeping you in adject poverty.
This life you have to hold on to something, if you aren't diabolic then Christianity is the only option with Power to show for it, choose any of both.
Had a similar case, the woman had multiple miscarriages she is a Muslim. She got closer to my wife, on seeing her, I definitely knew there was trouble. Her husband also a Muslim was threatening to marry another. I simply told my wife, if she is ready to pray, she will conceive and birth this one. Today she is a mother .
Christianity is fire with uttermost demonstration.

I consider myself spiritual despite that I don't follow any conventional religion but I like your non-partisan take

I onced lived in compound where all four of us were looking for the fruit of the womb. The only lady who had a child had the child before moving into the compound few months after giving birth. The child was 8 years old when we moved into the compound. We lived there about 5yrs before we left. On enquiry from neighbors living around the area and tenants we met there, i got to kno even the person who vacated my flat was also childless same with other flats in the compound people occupied moved out before we came in. All childless, they will move out and other couples come in and still childless. Initially i didnt take it to heart cos i knew i had some medical issues. One day i had a minor arguement with the landlady over rent increase without notice for the second time and she threatened me that if we dont pay the new rate she will put a pot with fire in front of my flat to show me who she truly is, that was i working when i rented the flat? Now am working by chance so i hav mouth to ask of notice before rent increase. Omo that was when I knew our time was up in that compound. Cos truly i was the only wife working while others were housewives. We just moved jeje to our uncompleted building n completed it while inside and a lot of thgs changed from there including our havibg a set of twins. Why am i sharing this? Av com to understand many landlands in this lagos are truly fetish so if your mind is already telling you somethg my brother runnnnn!!! Loosing 2 kids in one compound, haba!!!! U shd kno somethg is amiss

You knew you had medical issues that interfered with conceiving so why blame it on fetish?

You Nigerian women don't tend to go for antenatal and other kinds of pregnancy tests to confirm the health of your baby then when you have stillborn and other issues with your pregnancies you start looking for an imaginary being to blame because your ego won't let you believe you're wrong.

You think your ex-landlady could have pulled that fear tactic on a skeptic? She wouldn't because she knows they'll laugh in her face and she'll look stupid.

You were the perfect paranoid candidate for your landlady and you fell for it and quivered.
