Why am I Not Able to Register My Business Name On The CAC Portal?

I am beginning to conclude there are problems truly inherent in the Nigerian process system that will not take the grace of God to resolve. But simple and pragmatic steps and actions to settle! In the past, one could easily register a business name using a smart phone or desktop in line with the ease of doing business policy initiated by the Goodluck Jonathan era. However, I've seen a decline and deteriorating scenario with the Corporate Affairs Commission. I don't know when it has become a secret that if you want to register a business name, you will have to go through an endless cycle of processing registration. Or has INEC server affected CAC portal also?

Who do I need to "settle" in order to register my business name? All the numbers provided for enquiries are either not working or not reachable. How do I register my trading business and go on with the business name if for close to 3 months, I'm still struggling with it and not able to register my business? I have used my NIN details where it brought up my details including my names, gender, date of birth, address, phone number, Occupation/Description, Etc. Meaning, they have access to my data. I entered the remaining required info and clicked on the register button, lo and behold, it's been up to three months now and for each day I have tried to resume the registration, it’s just been "rolling" as seen in the attached image with no further progress away from this page. I tried to call the numbers provided, but as usual, there's no response! Perhaps, maybe, the Office has been deserted. We all know the impunity and compromise (read corruption) that reigns in the Buhari govt. Every man to imsef. The National Assembly, civil society groups and the public should look into this issue and get answers why we can not register our business on a government regulated portal set up to provide succour to businesses that needed support. The govt must come up with a clear policy that defines necessary steps to take in order to register a business in Nigeria. The Saraki led National Assembly body took the great initiative and created a seamless process through which citizens can register their business seamlessly without much of a fuss. Today, the body language from the executive is not even inspiring. Poor Nigerians can bear the brunt. This is wrong! How long does it take to register a business name now in Nigeria? I tire for tire!
