Now if Hakimi transferred all his wealth to his mother BEFORE his marriage, then the courts can do nothing. However, he was actively transferring the money to his mother's account DURING the marriage. Legally, that money belonged to both him and his wife.

He took a calculated risk. All payments or transactions made, and items purchased are essentially in his mother's name. So there's nothing he owns primarily. How is that fraud?
