Oga, it is his right to go to court to seek legal redress. If he loses, he should move on. Which one is to steal mandate from Tinubu? Are you saying if for instance (I personally find it slim though) he wins at the court, it means he stole the president elects mandate?
As far as he is peaceful and follows normal due process, nothing wrong in his actions. It is his right.
