Honestly, no one is perfect in guarding Steph. Steph will still do his thing. One mistake and you're punished. Troy has a few inches on Curry which can come in handy, and he's quick with his feet. And he'll knock down 3s at a higher rate than Vanderbilt.

Those shots go in all the time. For the warriors, those are normal shots. Go look at all the 3ptrs Warriors took that game. With the exception of Klay, Warriors shooters like to break the rules of long range shooting. Feet set? Nah. Lean in? Nah. Square shoulders? Nah. Its why they are about impossible to guard, you cant predict when they will let the ball fly. And it has won them more games than they lost. So I dont think this can be put on Poole. If that shot goes in, folks would be singing a different tune.

The frequency was higher yesterday because they looked fatigued after a grueling series against the Kings and tried to compensate their fatigue by shooting a lot more 3s.

The Lakers have good size under the rim to protect the bucket. The Lakers controlled the pace of the game and limited their transition buckets which is what the Warriors thrive on. The Warriors have no answer for AD who can dominate both ends of the board, particularly the offensive board because he is too skilled for any big on the Warriors roster.

With all that being said, it is only game 1 and the Warriors are never dead in any series. They also finished the game well and had a chance to tie the game, so it wasn't all bad. Their experience guides them better than any team I seen in modern history. Kerr will make some adjustments going into game 2.
