Fill the application form, submit it ,go for an appointment/interview . The decision officer will let you know if you have been granted or refused on the spot

Just ensure you have enough evidence to show you are returning to complete your study.

As long as you can prove that it's genuine, it's okay. Proof will include your wedding certificate, pictures, accounts, chats amongst other things pre-dating your marriage to prove that the marriage is genuine and not a sham.
If you can't prove it, the application has a high probability of being refused.

Chats, calls, photographs are considered minor evidence which may or may not prove your marriage is substantial

Major documents are bills paid together ( even if it is a vacation),joint investment, government or other official letter addressed to the couple or individually but showing same address,(the list is endless).

They should be verifiable

What if they never lived together, they have chats that dates back 3 years way before the boyfriend travelled the UK for masters. Its basically a boyfriend/girlfriend thing. How can they get married and apply. Is it too late for any verifyable thing to be done? The MSC programme ends JAN 2024

If your BVN is correct the site won't reject it....can you visit the bank you did your BVN and revalidate it....finger print and let them assure you your BVN is valid....crosscheck the number with the one you have.

The thing is we've been dating since 2022... So we ae about getting married next month and apply for visa the following week. We only have old chats, pictures and bank transactions since we started dating. Though we are trying to open a joint account but was advised we wait till we get married. So the question is, can we go ahead and apply for the visa or wait for the dependant to apply later.

In addition to duchess90's response, chats/calls and marriage certificate + any money transfers (upkeep) to each other - verifiable on your account statement will help but the ECO might or might not request for more proof.

Pictures help so make sure that you have pictures of the wedding amongst others.

In the past, UKVI didnt ask for too much proof but with the rise in sham marriages, it's become increasingly regular for UKVI to ask for more proofs to ascertain that a union is real.
