I have been fortunate to have good Nigerian friends, who were wise, and thinking positively, they were creative, and i am fortunate to have non Nigerian friends, who are smart, i realize that the people around you can really have impact on you. In short if you are alive in 2023 and you are still chasing real friends ? You are a loser. You are living an analog life in a digital world. Heck everybody I see on dates outside ? Everyone is staring at a screen while on the date which beggars the question ? Why even bother ? Stay at home and enjoy the new world. The cyber world

1. They love to do things on thier own and fins it difficult to ask for help. But as humans we all need help at one time or the other

2. You won't know if they are in difficulty unless you ask. If an introvert tells you he/she is having backache, don't take it lightly, just know that the back is finished cos they don't complain easily

3. Their reserve nature is taken as pride: if an introvert didn't greet you in the morning, don't take it to heart because it doesn't mean they don't wish you well. Just don't just feel like saying good morning. If u keep them malice cause of that, na u go tire

4. Some of them have anger issues


Pros
1. They don't promise and fail: whey they promise you something, be rest assured they will do it. If them dey owe u and promise to pay certain date, they will certainly do it to avoid too much talk. They hate too much talk. If it's a gift they promise, don't disturb them too much . They will fulfill.

Likewise if you hurt them and they promise to deal with you. They will fulfill it too whether tomorrow or 10 yrs time

2. Like someone said here, they hardly have friends. But when they do, they go all out to support thier friends

3. They are masters of surprise: if you have and introverted bf or gf. Dem go surprise u tire

Do more of hanging out, social places.
Start with hanging out alone, then chip in one or two words when you hear topics that interest you from loud and joyous strangers.
You don't necessarily need friends to visit you at home, just get hanging out partners and you are good to go.

too much screen is damaging, i love outdoors, whenever i can just be around nature, not staring all the time into screens.

Once i have animals around me, i don't need Nigeria friends, the animals are just simple to deal with.

Once you have your own house and your space, get some good animals or good animal friends and take good care of them, surround your home with trees that bear fruits, and just be satisfied with your family and yourself first. Then, maybe you may find good friends later.

Having friends has it's advantages and disadvantages.

Major advantage is that friends can be of important help especially when your siblings or parents fail you.

Major disadvantage is that even your best friend can be your worst enemy tommorow.

If you want to have friends, be more friendly and loving.
