Asaba - a state capital was abandoned Ibori and Uduaghan and their predecessors for decades. This is a very huge problem that governors can abandon and underdevelop their state capital because they're not from that part of the state. Is there any other states where this is obtainable?

Ibori revamped Warri and Ogharha and abandoned Asaba. Uduaghan abandoned the whole state. When Okowa came in despite the embezzlements, he tried his best to turn Asaba around as it should be. A state capital should have more development by virtue of its status but in Delta, we're too tribalistic
