I repeat ,No body does a tattoo to make it hidden especially amongst females and although it may not be equal to promiscuity but with some level of indecency at least.

If she has it in her boobs, she'll wear things that will make it display. If on are butt, she'll do the same. If on her back, chest thing etc, the goal is as above...

I will not fail to mention that there a very minute percentage who maybe be involve in the public display, just small fraction.
