If original indigene were relocated like you said, then were original indigenes of Lagos also related?

If Lagos could get a state status after original indigenes were relocated, why deny Abuja?

Or does that not confer on Abuja the special status?

I am not even saying whether Abuja should become a state or not. I am just asking who are the Abuja indigenes? Are they the same people who gave up the territory and were compensated for it? Are they some previously unknown indigenes?
These are questions non of you is responding to.

Equality of every citizens right? But they don't have a governor, and only one senator. What do you say about that, Mr. Equality?
Ezewuzie01:

The supreme court like the appeal court, will uphold the constitution of equality of citizens before the law. That every vote is equal and not more important than another. The citizens are a different legal entity from the state. If FCT has a special status, fine but it does not overide equality of all citizens in every part of Nigeria as enshrined in the constitution.

Way to go. Since Abuja doesn't have any special status then they should have what other states have. Those injustices have set a bad precedent.

A very bad precedence

So, you now agree that the president is the prime minister of Abuja. A president that can't secure only 25% in a place he is supposed to be Prime Minister?
Wealthoptulent:

Its shows many lack intelligence on Abuja.
Its Federal capital Territory, the President is Federal so he more like their Prime minister or governor , a governor can't be with President there, that why they have Wicked Wike (FCT MINISTER)

2023 Election has made people jus to read Law h constitution & ended up not to know how to Interprete its literal meaning.

Which constitution? 25% of Abuja indeed. Next presidential candidates should focus on Abuja and ignore other states. When a group of people decide they can't read basic English and understand but will rather go a for LAUGHABLE interpretation that no court anywhere in the world will agree with, it's called mass hysteria.

It's clearly written in the Nigerian constitution and has served as many judicial reference for a long time now,do not be so dumb and bias that we will now throw away our constitution just to let Tinubu have his way.

I dont know which is more out of tune between LP and PDP.

Bwallla heard Abuja indigenes are headed to court and he rejoices at the news. Was it the courts that created statutes?

Sounds like propaganda until the case is actually instituted. FCT residents don't have two heads to be hold veto power over other citizens of Nigeria. Their case will be thrown out. All the justices of the appeal and supreme courts are indigenes of certain states and you can take it to the bank that none of them will ever accept the wrong interpretation that voters in their own states are inferior to FCT residents.

Then do FCT residents have half heads to not be qualified to elect their own governor, Senators, Legislators and mayor under a democracy? Nigeria and Nigerians can eat their cake and still have it. How can you expect them to be govern locally by politicians that don't even require 25% of their votes. They should demand the capital be relocated somewhere else and give them back their constitutional rights to elect their local political leaders.

Like I said go and read the land use act and the FCT act. You clearly haven’t because if you did and you had any shame or intelligence you will not have responded or responded in the manner you did.

The reason why you buffooons always lose cases in court is you argue from a point of view of sentiment not law.

If you must respond to topics, try and learn or do some research about it before airing your ignorance. Indegenious people of Abuja never agreed to be relocated elsewhere, they remaind in their God given lands. Hence they're demanding the right for their self determination in the place they have so sacrificed their lands for the good of that nation.
