Employer will just carry body and do autopsy?

I don't know why you said you thought

You did not think

or even comprehend the story
You just reacted like expired chemicals

in all you have said, where is the thought u thought and where is the comprehension you comprehended?

how does all you have said negate the following?

"I thought it supposed to be the hospital carrying out post mortem to help the family know why their son died?

But instead it's the family telling the hospital why their son died"

The hospital is an Employer
Why would you think an employer is supposed to carry out an autopsy on their deceased employee?
Under what legal basis or framework? That is not THINKING what ever process that brought such a conclusion to your mind is not THINKING

It is obvious you did not comprehend the story

I am not here to teach English Reading and comprehension

I'm so sure that 72hours call is not enough to kill this young man.
In fact I'm sure he will do straight 5days if it were to be in his private establishment.
Again, some head of departments are so good at over using 5he house officers and this does not go on record.
The house officers are the ones with highest work load.

I remember while as a house officer almost a decade ago, I did 48hrs on-call in Paediatric surgery. Never looked forward to those on-call days cos they were brutal. Nearly half the on-call would be in theatre, on your feet or chasing results and blood transfusion. Registrars then were on 72hr on-call.
Now as a consultant in Uk, I work 3 days a week.
He may not have been on call for 72hrs but hospitals need to look after the welfare of their employees.

Hello sir.
How life as a consultant in the NHS?

The term most likely means that of all the options available, this is the one with the highest probability of occuring. It is as close to a 100% as it can get. And considering the fact that some of its synonyms include "doubtlessly", "no doubt", "in all probability", etc, I wonder why anyone will use the term when there is absolutely no mention of the doctor taking any vaccine. There is a world of difference between "most likely" and "probably" which I believe is a better fit for the case at hand.

Just because we use it the wrong way most of the time doesn't mean it should become the norm.
But then again I don't expect you to understand, judging from antecedents. I am only stating this for the benefit of others who might be interested in knowing the difference.

No doubt... probably is the more appropriate word to use but using most likely in this or any other situation does not mean the user has come to a firm conclusion.

you have never worked in the hospital before. So you won't believe. I have worked straight for over 48 hours before in the hospital. This happens when you are on weeknd call duty. You will work from Saturday morning till Monday evening before you go home and u still continue ur usual work by Tuesday.

He may not have worked 72hrs straight at LUTH, but it is possible he went out for locum duties in addition to the 48hrs in LUTH. Many doctors in Nigeria nowadays work for many days in different hospitals without break due to the scarcity of doctors and and the ever present need to make ends meet.

Na you talk wetin I want hear. I have relations who bought cars and some property back then as house officers. They overworked themselves in private hospitals to raise money to buy those stuffs. I believe that is the fate of Dr Umoh

During the Biafran war, all the technical professors in University of Nigeria Nsukka became legends. They designed bombs, grenades, rockets, etc. In short, they designed a refinery to refine crude oil.

Prof Gordian Ezekwe led the Rocket Group under Biafran Research and Production Directorate (that was Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc in one). The accomplishment is uncommon as they not only designed the systems, they designed production systems, and manufactured the stuff, while under sanctions and blockade, which made it impossible to even import salt. Prof Njoku Obi while under the sanctions invented a vaccine which the WHO approved for the treatment of cholera. That vaccine was later used during the Kano 1970s cholera outbreak.

This is to tell you that the whole nation is on a free fall. Today, we can't produce anything. We import everything including food that we eat
