I greet everyone, please I need explanation on this quote from the website of Finland embassy Abuja "The legalized document(s) will be sent to the applicant’s given address in Finland"
Does that mean we can receive the documents here in Nigeria?

You can get your legalized documents here in Nigeria. Once they mail you that the docs are ready, reply their mail and tell them you wish to get it here physically. You'll need to go to their embassy for collection. You can even nominate a friend to collect on your behalf. That's how I got mine

As regards to Authentication at MOE&MOFA, the standard practice there, you will submit all the original documents you want to authenticate with the photopies, educational stick will be put on the back of your original documents only and they will sign on each of your photopies with pen, then you proceed to foreign Affairs, there your originals and photopies will be signed. The reason been that when you go to embassy for legalization, some embassy/individuals may request/prefer the legalization on the original certificate, why other embassy/individuals will want it to be on the photopies, but on those sign with pen from MOE. ONLY educational documents are taken to MOE, why other goes to foreign affairs ie marriage certificate, birth certificate
I think in your own case, affter authentication will scan the original certificate front and back, showing the educational sticker at the back of the documents and send to them.

This whole process...can I have someone in Abuja do it for me...or it has to be me?

HND is a plaque that must be avoided at all costs, You can't secure Admission for Masters in the EU with HND, I'm a HND Graduate myself, I'm currently running a BSc program in Nigeria right now, After that I will continue with my Jakpa plans.
I will advise you to do the same, I'm 39 years and my age isn't discouraging me, I believe you're way younger cool cool cool

Hello everyone, a friend helped me with authentication of my documents at Abuja, MOFA was successful but those guys at MOE were adamant in exploiting him, they demanded for 20k claiming he is an agent or he should bring the owners original passport, his own passport, consent letter, WAEC scratch card and several other conditions before it can be done.

They said if he pay 20k he will get it in 10min, that raises concern on the genuity of their authentication, I don't want 'Oluwole stamp'

Has anyone experienced this please?

There's nothing like that, hope your friend is telling you the truth ? But the requirements is that you must share same surname with who ever that's is representing you.
Let him reachout to me anytime he is coming there i will guide him on how to go about it.

And if I do that, is that acceptable for authentication for travel purposes?

Did you try the current conversion programme by NBTE? That is, changing the HND to BSC. It is a year program I think.

I'm running it in Southwestern University of Nigeria Ikeja Campus,

The NBTE option is expensive, it's a minimum of 1,100 USD.
