ebuka1997:That is my greatest lesson in all my time so far on NSE. The time when NSE was largely an investment outfit is gone. It is now more of trading platform. I have held many stocks and ended up regretting. None of them gave me a reason to be happy on the long run, not even the supposed blue chips. 3 Likes |

PETERiCHY: I hope no one listens to this guy anymore on this thread. You and your numerous alternates like Mikeapolo, ProphetUtuocha etc should actually be banned. This is sad. Now my entire capital is trapped there and loosing value because of you. You didn’t sound like you were guessing when you were promoting it. If only i knew it was for your personal and selfish gains. I’m sure you also benefit from the posts of genuine people here, why repay them with evil? 10 Likes |

Mfunkynation:But on a serious note, PT should not totally be blamed. In as much as he made several "motivational" posts about oando, there were many other warning posts in this platform. The investor chose to follow the "motivational" one, so in reality it was the investor's decision. In all, school fees must be paid. If another oando rally starts today, the same set of people will still fall for it. 11 Likes |

Iamblessed85: It's like we think this group is the only thing that move stocks in the ngx...infact what he said may have had no difference in the direction of oando stock movement. That said, who to blame is not the way forward, your investment approach and strategy is what you may need to review. I am also a learner in these stuff after getting burned a couple of times 1 Like |

Oando gave several exit hints to those who use technical analysis, two of which are based on the theory in my Dangote post. Below shows the 40-day bar chart representing days, Naira traded, % change, and closing prices. While the stock was doing well, the full bid volume traded was reducing, signifying confidence by the holders of the stock. Then, on the 13th, we saw a huge spike in volume, which signified that something had changed and we should have sold the next day at around 10. After this, there was luckily another series of full bids with reducing volumes, then on the 20th, another boom in volume. Again, we should have sold the next day at around 13. As a bonus , my newbie breakout strategy: if a stock has been trading in a range for a long time, if it breaks out of the range at large volumes, that's a good entry point. Here my entry point would have been 6.7 or below. ositadima1: 1 Like

Iamblessed85: Nobody can lead a responsible adult astray. I hope I am not hard on you Your love for easy and quick money, coupled greed and carelessness led you astray. Having 100% of your capital invested on Oando share is not a wise decision. Oando is what Yoruba's call "ere gele" meaning dangerous play. Not bad if an investor uses 10% to 50% of his capital for ere gele. Using 100% of your capital is a big No. 5 Likes |

ojeysky:Oga if you think this thread can not move stocks in nse then you should look whr Morgan securities was before the numerous recommendations here. They are consistently on top 10 in volume and value. This thread can speak in the direction of some stocks because many people using Morgan are here. And that dubious guy saw the influx of new members because of the bull news and initiated his deceitful nature. Why was he hyping oando to 100,200 and 300 stock when he was planning to cash out soon.I believe I called out oando before him but stated I won't buy above #5.50 though I have the ones bought at #18.I had always warned about wale but equally saying tinubu could be a plus to oando company .And is obvious he has many monikers because they suddenly all disappeared after achieving the aim. The guy is the few that paint bad image of se. We should have financial integrity in trying to make this money though this new guys have portion of thr own blame too. 12 Likes |
