FreeStuffsNG: These people (Atiku & Obi) knew that they failed at polls, having contributed massively for their own downfall, but they deliberately resulted to blackmailing and name-calling to win public sympathy. Everyone of us knew gangup against Tinubu in the chain of events leading to his electoral victory. 1 Like |

Re: Robert Clarke: Atiku, Obi’s Lawyers Didn’t Display Professionalism by lapintoz: 7:49am On Oct 27, 2023 |
Atiku flew in from Dubai to come and give a world press conference on CSU deposition document that was worthless. One of his lawyers, Kalu started foaming from the mouth calling Atiku the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Not knowing that its a lawyers scam to justify the millions of USD collected from Waziri Adamawa. Atiku will quietly return to his abode in the UAE to continue to lick his wound. Waiting for the next maga that will scam him come 2027. I hope baba won't go broke! Abi the looted funds reach Abacha level 😄😄😄 oz4real83: 1 Like |

Chicagograduate: If this is truly the law that you stated, why did none of Peter Obi's myriad SAN's quote it at the Tribunal? Why did they instead wheel in large HDTV's to show the INEC chairman saying they will "use" IREV at the elections plus additionally bring in journalists as witnesses to confirm they heard the INEC chairman saying IREV will be "used" . I am assuming that you are not as brilliant a mind, in a Law context at least, as Peter Obi's SAN's. Mind you, going by the nonsense those bunch of jokers did at both the Tribunal and Supreme court, their intelligence is now very open to question. As it happens, IREV was still being used to "transmit" the results long after the more reliable paper based version had been used to "collate" them in order to declare the winner. |

FreeStuffsNG: Oga, Buhair and Tinubu are running Nigeria down. The number of people begging me for money on my inbox has drastically increased! People beg for petty cash! Pls, make una focus on the matter. At least Tinubu and Buhari are already doing 16 years! I hope they can fix Nigeria to at least have electricity throughout the nation, and make the country a better place. From what Im seeing, the hunger is now worse! Since Obi and Atiku and mediocre, I hope Tinubu will not be worse becus the man seems confused at this moment. |

Yemmysworld91: Please remind him IREV or not That the judges said OBI and ATIKU never presented a different results and figures contrary to what was tendered by INEC to the court. So the court or INEC should manufactured one for them right....?? |

LP as the headless mob crew were trying to please Obi supporters, they were playing to the gallery to appease their followers, they knew they had no case. Peter Obi is a cunning dangerous man, leading on Obi supporters in their foolery and heating up of the polity. |

joyandfaith:May I disagree. On the Law no other possibility exists asides a loss for the Petitioners. The judgment is freely available online : please read it. Judges decide matters based on evidence before them. Atiku presented no evidence on forgery and rigging before the court of first instance. His Lawyers later tried to do so before the Supreme Court but failed because the necessary conditions for doing so were lacking in their case to wit that the evidence was not available previously. It was all the while available! Justice is a two way traffic thing. Justice to Atiku and Obi as Petitioners and justice to Tinubu as Respondent. It would be unfair to Tinubu to now allow Atiku who slept on his right to present evidence to now do so after Tinubu has closed his case and judgment delivered. That, essentially is the reason Atiku and Obi case failed. Read the Judgment calmly, dispassionately and objectively. I’m no politician by the way. I’m a Lawyer. 3 Likes |

FreeStuffsNG: The bolded wasn't the reason the Supreme Court Judgement gave it's verdict. The Supreme Court only complied with the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Election matters must be concluded within 180 days. It means from start to finish from the Lower Court to the Highest inclusive. The final Judgement of the 2019 Presidential election was given on 30/10/2019. Nothing concerns Supreme Court with wastage of funds on frivolous and nonsensical legal case. It's to deal with facts and not emotions. 1 Like |
