Reason i am saying this is because if the money is in ur brother acc and not ur mum acc ur mum maybe denied because visa officer might say there might be a possibility that if the mama comes to uk the guy wont release the money to her as she is not in full custody of the money and she is at the mercy of the son so its better the mama is in full custody of the money

The same happen to my sis
She used her company acc to apply she even uploaded every document to show she owns the company

She was denied because they said company money is not the same as personal money that why dint she move the money to her personal acc

That what if the board of director did not allow her spend from the company acc after she has enter uk

Hi, thanks for your response but i respectfully disagree with the statement in bold. My brother is the sponsor, he’s in The UK and he doesn’t have to send money to my Mum’s account for the trip. His account statement/documents is sufficient but just want to know what amount will be fair to write as his total spend for the trip, thanks

At the post office there is a special package i dont know what it is called but its like 12 pounds or even less it ensures the post gets to the final destination and it is handled with utmost care

This may not be the best way. The sponsor should show evidence of the funds for the trip and include it in the application.
On your friend's story, the company account does not belong to them so they failed to show that they had funds available to pay for the trip. Else how will UKBA determine how much in the company account is staff salary, taxes, other liabilities and profit? The fact that the company has money in the bank does not mean the comapny is liquid. In my opinion, they took the right decision in denying that application.

Depends on the trip duration.
Flight + feeding money (I’m assuming she’s stay in his house, otherwise include accommodation /hotel costs as well). Ensure the total amount is reasonable compared to monthly salary. For example if he earns £2000/ monthly but wants to spend £10,000 for this trip. It’s a big red flag and may lead to visa refusal. Very common reason actually.

By the way, Honda Jazz is a very reliable car for starters. Drove about 9k in 1 year without any issues; serviced once and replaced rear brakes components. Glad I followed oga Lexus recommendations.

The bolded should not be applicable if it's a personal account. When my mum came, i didn't deposit any funds in her account and I haven't heard anybody done such. I only stated I will sponsor the trip 100% and provided PoF.

People get refused for huge/suspicious deposits prior to visa application except you want to give plenty explanation for it.

Use pensioneer, house wife to avoid plenty explanations. But if you can explain, you can as well use self employed and provide evidences of tax compliance, personal income from the business etc.

Share code alone is enough. I know people that filled their share code only and got their provisional licence.

The MOT history would have highlighted most of this defects........ Hence when negotiating price, you shave something off .........

Did you replace the parts at a Honda garage, if not parts they used, would be similar to parts sold on Ebay.......

Aside that fact, you still enter Kingsway go replace the parts .......

eBay remains the best parts plug, then get a mobile mechanic, pay £100 or so, job done .......🤣😜
