The best thing I've read this year. Aside status, owning a house is not a good investment. For a struggling guy, grow the shit out of that 25m. 25m in a good business should give us at least 70m in a year. Rent and grow this. In , 4 years, use the residual income to buy a house. Don't go and dump all your life savings in a house.

Lolol . That's technically impossible my friend. It means your N25Million would need to generate over N540,000 every single day and N17Million every month to hit N200million in the first year.

That type of exponential capital growth would require far more than N25Million to actualize. The very few that can manage such magic are in I.T. If you can create a product that over 50% of Nigerian will buy in the first year. If that were the case you my friend would already be in the news.
