Eligibility started on the 14th of feb they sent in a message same day to upload school stuff which I did immediately and they confirmed they received it waiting for there reply.

If you are a 2nd or more time applicant, one of the ways you can know your application is going fine is when you get a medical pass but it's not a guarantee you will be approved cos ircc can refused application at any stage.

However for 1st time applicant, because u are yet to have your medical, they will prefer to proceed with your background check 1st so as not to allow you spend money doing medical should you fail background check. So 1st time applicant will need to wait till medical request after which ppr drops or if you did medical advance it will just drop after their normal 12 weeks. Only 2nd time or more applicant enjoys that medical passed notification because we already did medical before.

Note that if your application will not be favorable at 1st review by an ircc officer, even if your medical result is good, you will never get medical pass update because that update is suggesting process is going on fine which is not the case for an ineligible applicant.

There is nothing like ban yet bro. I think they’re stamping by batch now. I read somewhere that they have fewer workers at the moment (I don’t know how true)

2nd time applicant I receive a letter from ircc yesterday am on eligibility review they said they need update on my school which have sent yesterday’.. can’t sleep waiting for there reply. Am already in Canada is for my wife and kids.

Please I just got a request letter from IRCC for my husband’s SOWP Application, I was asked to submit complete school fees payment, enrollment letter and confirmation of enrollment.
I have not paid the full school fees only full first semester and the second semester payment is due on the 1st of April.
Please is it possible I submit the first semester payment only without paying the second semester. Please help. It’s Urgent!!! Deadline to submit to IRCC is 14th of February

i would advice u make it like 25m to 26m and make sure her school fees is cleared

Plz Guys , still on this POF matter , my spouse also uses his personal account for his business transactions and salary , hence there is a huge inflow in his account
Now my question is , is it ok to present this account as POF cos the funds are in his account and how well can the account statement be presented to the VO. The funds in his account is more than enough for him and 2 kids

He has invoices , tax return , receipts and pay stubs to back up his business and part time job

Also plz note , I have only paid my first semester fees , but I will be paying second semester fees in coming weeks . , then I can attach the receipt through webform

I would really appreciate gurus on this POF matter , thank you!

To my little knowledge, if you used him as sponsor on your SP, just make sure the bank statement covers your remaining tuition and your family’s POF and since the SOWP takes a bit of time to process, you can explain in your SOP your plans to pay your tuition balance in a week or two and attaching it via webform.

It is not okay if she hasn’t paid her full tuition fees. If she has you can go ahead but if she hasn’t you need to show both yours and hers.
