It is not d duty of the president to be drilling borehole up and down, borehole is not a federal project, dey have councillors, local govt chairman, state house of assembly member, federal house of rep senator and governor..........mind u none of dis ppl invited obi from agulu in Anambra to drill borehole for them but he went there just to chase clout and to get d support of the northerners and by doing dis he went with entourage to commission dis shameless thing for a new Nigeria that is possible according to 0bidi0ts
