12 out of the 13 years of marriage was hell on earth. I did everything that I would normally never do from drinking alcohol to finding comfort on the breasts of oloshos just to survive and retain sanity.

It depends on what they are doing. Unhealthy competition is dangerous. I have "close" mates that are into scam, G-boy, Yahoo boy, rituals, cultism and so many evil stuffs. I thank God I never join them in those practices because almost half of them are either dead before age 35 or currently rotten in various prisons in the country.

People only care about you when you spend for them/on them. They will discard you the moment you are broke.

My only regret in life that I won't like any other person to make is registering on nairaland. I regret the day I did that

Not prioritising skill early enough. Go for information when you still young. Alot of people run after money with limited knowledge. Go for knowledge about finance. Get financial education early enough and money management skills. If you can get a tech or vocational skill, better. Just go for self improvement early enough. Your later life will thank you.

yes money is like breeze .

Also ,a newcomer in the building business have no idea how much it cost to do decking ,decking alone is enough to do roofing and other finishing for bungalow .

One of the worst mistakes anyone can make. In fact, we need to educate our kids on this subject before they go out in the world on their own.

When I started making my first millions, I rush into building house, worse part is that I didn't even finish one before putting hand in another, things change, business needs more capital, nw I am looking for buyers ND failing to my business, uncompleted building didn't give me interest, what is giving me interest has failed from 13 to 2. Even when I see buyers, d money can't stand all my business again.
My advice for all is that, if u don't have up to 50m, don't try to buy 2m land... It will eat up ur cash flow ND u can easily broke again. If possible buy already build when u are well fit... Stop joining them in little u have to build house, it's a bad investment
