Hello dear, please wait till marriage if you can.. Premarital sex is overrated, trust me. And the disvirgined girls most times want people to join their league. I would do anything to get mine back. Plus being a virgin saves you tons of stress like pregnancy scare, STDs, HIV, even some stupid guys that could gang-rape you or try to use you for rituals. You may not know the value of this advice now till you're married .. This simply means you're around people who are not in your category. Self worth has to do with knowing what you want for your self and not allowing peoples choice and life style to influence you without your permission, if you what to remain a virgin you should seek out the benefit of it and decide what you want for your self.
one of the best way to overcome this pressure is to stay clear from all surrounding influences which include friends and some unnecessary entertainment...
That every body is doing it does not make it right if you choose to remain a virgin until marriage its not a big deal. because contrary to what people think there are a lot of people who have decide to stay away from sex until marriage and i can testify to that from a lot of my friends all around me.
here is what worked and has been working for me
1. seek out for purpose and other interesting activity and engagement that will limit unnecessary idle talk. Such as fellowship, Goal oriented organization etc..
2. surround your self with people who think alike with you (very important. you will be amazed that there are lot who believe in total abstinence)
i can authoritatively tell you that most who talk about their first time and the likes of it. it not all what it seems like and not all you've heard is true

3. Most importantly believe and trust in God, in prayers be sincere and freely express your frustration about the situation and genuinely ask God for his help and assistance (as you can never do it all by yourself, self will can't help you out of this trust me you need God)

Any body and i repeat any body who says you're missing is just but another liar who want to suppress you into becoming like what he/she has become... with understanding you will see there is no big deal in sex you too can win the battle of sex if you choose to.. don't mind and believe in there reports.. i was there once and i can tell you i have conquer..
