To all that helped the OP achieve his academic goal, may the Lord always bless your vision and mission to fulfillment.

He is now a graduate of the University that delayed him for late payment.

My word of advice to d op n fellow nigerians "u dont av to reach d top of ladder b4 u can give a helping hand to odas.
