Hi all.

Currently 87kg and I'm not tall so that counts ALOT! I 'burst forth' after child birth and it is really affecting my self esteem cos I always feel like a 'bouncing ball' when I walk. smiley

Hope to loose 30kg this 2015 but for this month, my aim is specifically for this month is 15kg (How possible is that, I don't know)

Let's see how this goes....

Ma preach for you small grin
Weight loss if you intend to do it, has a price,
Usually its best you commit to a lifestyle change
Meaning instead of oil laden soup you stick with moderate to less oil
That for example
Instead of fried yam you go with boiled yam
Eat balanced meals
With enough proteins, carbohydrates fats vitamins
To start with 87kg is not 170kg
15kg loss in a month is too much
You will loss your precious muscle you need
You should aim for fat loss
By that I mean the less fat you carry around the small you will look
Fat loss is by committing to a solid meal arrangement
So as not to overeat
Add fruits and vegetable to your meals.
''If all I said up there was 'jazz' to you pls just understand that fat loss is about what you eat majorly'' so eat just enough and do any exercise you enjoy and be successful kiss

Has anyone heard of OATS? Oats is very good for weight less and very low in calorie as well. Check Google for more info.

Massive Welldone to you...though I think a full pix would have helped cos your face is not really showing much difference & coupled with the fact that you started the journey months ago.

To make oat fufu measure the amount you want blend with a little water then cook on low heat and stir continuously till you get the thickness you want,as for the pix I usually do selfie but that picture Ii took last yr took my breath away I couldn't believe I was the one so I decided to change my lifestyle which am enjoying the compliments while some inches gone

Well done Debolly.

For the oats fufu, you can have the oats processed into flour at your local grinding mill and prepare it as you would your regular swallow but with lots of water as it hardens (based on what I read).

Well done once again.
