Didnt want to get into the issue of sunrise or setting because it sounded too meager.
Sun rise indicates the increase in the heat and intensity or light or its increase in brightness not its moving up nor any motion whats so ever.
Sun set on the other hand indicates the opposite of the above and not in any way the motion of the sun.
If an informed man wanted to say that the sun rise lasted more than it should, he would clear say that the earth stopped rotating and not that the sun or the tree stopped like an idiot would say it.
