The embassy actually prefers the intending tourists don't have anyone to make it easier to become illegal immigrants so having no one in the US is not a problem.

From the transcripts here, applying alone or with ur mom changes nothing as long as both of u/only u can convince the vo of ties and financial stability. Any way u decide, u prepare for your interview acccordingly. If u need ur mom, apply with her. If u don't u apply alone. Wiffy has been travelling before we even met. Never applied for a US visa before. I was going to buy equipment in the US.

VO didn't give reasons for refusal and I've not bothered to reapply since 2013

My first son is M, no blue PP. But has valid US visa.

Gave reason earlier why I wanted new baby mama to go to the US.

Someone already answered you, but I think the critical part of the application is to prove to the VO that she will return.

In my view, I think she can name you as the sponsor as the father of the baby, you should also write stating your relationship with her baby and all. You can be silent on you being married and all but she should be ready to answer questions when asked.

You need to help with more information on the lady - she doesn't have a husband as a tie, what else does she have?

Her job, school e.t.c.

Also, you mentioned the migrant intent in passing in a post - having a U.S. citizen as a child does not give any benefit for this until the child is 18 - except she plans to overstay her visa.
