How do I go about it,am using a tecno j7

Download IMEI analyzer from play store,
Now type in these digits 35749106236322
IMEI analyzer would give the Last digit to make it 15 digits.
Copy these 15 digits and close IMEI analyzer

Download Mobile Uncle Tools from Play store or from any website...
- After Installation, open the app, and then select Engineer Mode Then choose Engineer Mode(MTK)
- Then swipe to Connectivity tab, then from there select CDS Information
- Then Select Radio Information.
- Select Phone 1 or Phone 2 as the case may be.
- Then type "E" beside AT+ a pop up screen will come up,
>> To change SIM 1 IMEI, choose AT+EGMR=1,7,"" Then paste the IMEI you generated with IMEI analyzer in between those quotation marks at the end of "7" .
>> To change SIM 2 IMEI, choose AT+EGMR=1,10,""... Then paste the IMEI you generated in between those quotation marks at the end of "10"

It Should Look like this:
AT+EGMR=1,7,"35749106*******"

- Now hit the "Send Command" button and you should get a response saying "Command mSent"

BUT...
If your phone falls into the Stubborn MTK devices category, after typing in those things beside "AT+" just give a space between AT+ and EGMR
It should look like this

AT+ EGMR,1,7" 3574***********"

Then Reboot your phone.

If your hand burns when you hold it over a fire then you should remove your hand from the fire to stop the burn.

If your data stops by itself when you're using SS then you should stop using it, it's that simple.

Or just ignore it.

If Odin you can flash from there.
If OTA download the firmware from Sammobile or XDA and flash via Odin.

Hello all.
I want to specially appreciate the engineers here helping out to solve phone issues brought to the house.
A big thank you to you all.

I have an issue with my infinix x551 hot note.
The problem is that I can not open or change 3g to 2g/3g in the 3G settings.

Anytime I click on it, it brings up an error message "unfortunately the process. com.android.phone has stopped working"

What can I do to correct it?
Do you have Custom Recovery on the phone? If yes, boot the phone to recovery to format the catche from there. -that's the safest solution. Otherwise, you may have to flash the phone.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I deeply appreciate.
How can I locate the custom recovery on my phone as I have not run into such on the phone?

Flashing the phone is not an option for me for now. Instead I will wait for new system update.

Thank you saibinc. God bless you

You're welcome but official update is not an option for you if you have rooted the phone except that you Unroot it before the upgrade.

Meanwhile, to boot the phone to recovery, folow this steps;
1- Switch off the phone.
2- Press and hold down both the Volume-up and Power buttons together until the phone comes up.

The screen that comes up is your recovery. From there, you will see;
Data Wipe/ Factory Reset
Wipe Cache etc

Simply select Wipe Cache and confirm it. Reboot your phone when it's completed.
That should correct it.

That's a radio error:
0004 - The installed radio software is not supported on the device.
You installed the wrong software on the device.
Were you trying to update manually?
To fix it you'll have to reload (flash) the OS.
If you wish to do it yourself here are the instructions:

On Windows:
1. Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
2. Install the latest version of BlackBerry Blend (includes BlackBerry Link) here: www.blackberry.com/blend
3. Power off the BlackBerry device.
4. Open BlackBerry Link .
5. Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable.
6. Under the Devices heading, click the device name when it is displayed.
Note : If the device is not detected, at the top- right click Preferences.
7. Under Reload Device Software , click Reload.
8. Click OK .
If it doesn't work you are advised to return the phone to the place of purchase.

Note that reloading the OS will wipe all your data.
You may wish to back up your data first before reloading.
From The Blackberry Link application, click on Back Up & Restore .
Note : To choose specific information to be backed up, select the Custom Backup option.
Click Back Up Device .
Hope this helps.
Cheers.

Malware.
Download Dr Web and scan your device.
Noe that if the malware is preloaded with your ROM (usually with shady Chinese OEMS) you'll need root access to uninstall them.
Sir, thanks for the response

Dr Web is an anti malware app on the Google Play Store.
Download it from the play store: just search for "Dr Web"
Install it, then scan your phone.
It'll locate the malware in your phone and you'll be able to uninstall them.
