Someone criticises Buhari for making Fashola who is a lawyer, the minister of power and housing. The fact is that not everyone will function within the jurisdiction of his profession. The most important thing is the charisma to do the job. Someone like Fashola is radical by nature and he was able to transform Lagos. I see him as a square peg in a square hole. It is the reward of what he did then. The reward of hardwork is more work.

If you try to reconcile the funds at fashola's disposal (IGR + Federal allocation) with his achievements, there is a mismatch and you will at best score him average.
