Download Dr Web from playstore, scan your device for malware.
If there is malware you can't uninstall you'll need to root your phone to remove it.

I need help here, I bought 2 q10 from the USA and I was told all I needed to do was load os10 and I was good to go only to load os 10.3.1 and it just blinks red lights continuously. All these messages hinders me from doing anything on the screen for good 1 minute. I tried returning the pad to factory settings but that did not work as all my apps were still intact (don't know if I did it well though). So guys I need help. Thanks

Download avast antivirus and file explorer, root ur phone wit kingroot. From d avast firewall block dis apps listed- com.android. system. UI, caststudio, coreservice, engriks, measure, mobileocr, monkeytest, proc, settings helper, system update, TGoverseaSDK, Timeservice, HTMLviewer.
From ur explorer delete all files related to download helper or files that holds downloads d virus does.
Go to ur settings -securities and uncheck install from unknown source.
try it u might be ok but d adverts will come but not as often as day used to.

I had d same issue with my phone, n fixed the problem, when browsing if u see a gift box pop up on ur screen ignore it, cos dats where my(our) problem started from.

Hi guys, please I need help urgently. I have this malware called time service and monkey test on my phone (Tecno R7) for a while now and I used lucky patcher and titanium backup to freeze them. All of a sudden, the malware started functioning again and I decided enough was enough today. I started tinkering with my system apps in order to locate the base folder. As a result, I deleted a system file thinking it was a malware. By the time I realized it was a system app, my email, contacts and phone app had stopped working. I could not open my contact app as it had stopped working and also no means of dialing a number. I decided to restart my phone and now it wont even boot. I am screwed as almost all my files are on this phone. Please help a sister. I also rooted the phone to be able to install lucky patcher and have root access. I have tried to boot it in recovery mode but it says no command.

Hi engineers, I recently bought an infinix hot 2 phone and it is having backlight problem in less than one week I got it.
The screen becomes totally dark that I cant see anything, the notification light still blicks signaling that the phone is not dead yet.
