I recalled it was said in GEJ's tenure that production will start fully early this year but as usual, APC came and rubbished that claim and putting the refineries in operation around mid-last year. What happened afterwards, realities rubbished APC's claims as we later found out the refineries weren't functional.

So what is different between the present situation and what was said about refineries operating fully in 2016 (during GEJ's tenure)? APC zombies should bury their heads in shame tho...

Yes....add the fact that building a new refinery costs lots of money and takes time to build.(Dangote's new refinery costs $9bn.....$3bn of which is his own money, the rest comes in form of a loan. Which he got because the banks know that they would get their money back in case of trouble down the road).

I think we should build big refineries....but mini-refineries would help a great deal too.

Do U think I need to wait for the news to know if they r working or not?I have friends and family who work in PH and warrI. Even people who supply goods and services. Contractors etc.we will be more than happy if it works so business will boom again.warri would return as the Oil city once again.we do t care who fixes it.we jst want the damn this g to start operation .Then the govt of the day telling g us its working when it's rusting is a sure slap on the face.
