Sorry but what is your problem? You said yourself that the doctor told her she can have up to 3 kids. Do your research on Fallopian tubes and conception. Her womb is intact and her left Fallopian tube is in good condition so she can bare children.
Ask yourself this, do you truly love this woman? Do you really love her unconditionally the way God says a man should love his wife?! If her potential health condition is risking your commitment to stay with her then I can tell you that you don't love HER but you love the IDEA of her and the possible life that you two can have together. True love is about loving someone DESPITE difficulties and unfortunate circumstances... You're not supposed to love someone based on what they can do for you (that's selfish).. But you're supposed to seem them for their hearts and character.. And their interests when it comes to you. If you know you don't love her unconditionally then please walk away. Sorry I could not have read all the comments already made, so I could not say whether somebody has already commented along the following lines. Basically, the doctor told her some untruths. A pregnancy could not have continued in a Fallopian tube for up to 5 months before rupturing. However, we need to take it that for whatever reason, one of her Fallopian tubes was removed. This does not necessarily affect the other Fallopian tube and with one good Fallopian tube, a woman can conceive as easily as any other woman and as many babies as she wants. I don't know where the maximum of 3 babies come from. There is no truth to that.
One thing I will advise you is to see if she can attend the hospital where they did the operation ( hopefully they keep records but don't hold your breath, nothing is guaranteed in our healthcare system). They can discuss the findings at the operation with her and she can ask about the state of the remaining Fallopian tube at the time of the operation. You can then base your decision on information, also recognising a man can only move forward in life by faith.

go on with the wedding plan. In your story she didn't tell you she went for abortion and the baby staying that long in her fallopian tube should have been her death. God should spare her for a reason. Though it is a rare case but such do happen and only few of the ladies survive it. Apart from this you didn't mention she did anything bad, or wrong thank God she told you now. She can definitely get pregnant with one one tube go ahead

emme re frame my sentences.. her chances of producing diazygotic twins.... MOST TIME the eggs are released frm both ovaries so if there is no fallopian tube to transport the other egg frm the second tube;her chance is still slim.. bt monozygotic twins is very possible

I am not sure both ovaries release eggs at the same time to produce twins. Not saying its not possible, but I've never heard of such.

However, one ovary can release multiple eggs.

with a good gynecologist and midwife you would still have 3 kids without any stress,or even more. It's not easy for your fiance to tell you all this but you should be glad she did before you guys got married. My mum birthed my younger bro with one fallopian tube and I also have an aunt who had two of her children with the same thing. I guess she had what is called 'ectopic pregnancy'. It's dreadful but with proper care and medical advice you can overcome. God luck to you OP in whatever decision u make.

It is called ectopic pregnancy, and my wife had it also for what would have been our first borne. So we have been riding on one engine and God has been super. I have 3 lovely kids now, and I can say if God says she is the one for you, then you are in safe hands. Lots of people have just one tube really, but if they dont open to you you ld never know. The chances of ectopic happening again is low, but nevertheless I say be close to God before you join in marriage.

The best you can do is ask a medical expert for advice, if her chances of getting pregnant easily is guaranteed I suggest you go ahead with your plans with her. Think about the the fact that what happened to her can happen while. married to you, what will you do then?

It is very very possible to conceive and have a lot of children with just 1 tube.the 3 the doctor is talking about is if she eva intends to give birth through a C section.I. Know of a friend's sister who had an ectopic pregnancy and had her tube removed but now she has 2 children already.you can always google the topic for more clarification.
