Here's something my main fabricator worked on in Ibadan Oluyole. (I think he worked with some Chinese guy to get this). That's the man to beat.

It's not the most perfect installation but it's a step out of the ordinary. However, we can always work to fine tune the job.

The main lure of UPVC doors for me, is their impressive durability; ruggedness and how it can withstand frequent usage over time.

WinTech got this one right and I've decided to install one in NextHome H52 as a sample for those clients who prefer affordable luxury finishes.

Thank you. The pay too is very neat. Donatus is one of the finest sculptor I've ever come across. His works are faultless.

But a house is a sum of its part. You can have all the good designs in this world, if your painter is from (don't let me mention name), a good design may become something else.

Update on NextHome Brick+Stone

I visited WIHU Lagos Office today to check out our machine for the block production and interlocking brick maker which I'm picking for backyard projects and other smaller jobs.

Oops! There's always something to fix. This time, it's electricity. Hmm! One day, one day, the pig will get to Oyo town.

I just can't take my eyes off the interlocking bricks. I've got a big plan for this!

I don't shy away, from such challenges, in fact it makes me..doing the impossible, is what life is about,no?
If 1 do not take a risk, then his/her life won't be fulfilled...
yeah, no problems, with the conditions, just as long as both parties keeps to whatever agreement we may have..I hope also that I'll be given my due respect?
