I can assure u that the bf loves her but is a bit fustrated, she should do the best thing work on her body, i went to ur profile to check u out and didnt see any pix, had it been i saw i would made a conclusion.

Nigerian women, una must always use givin birth as excuse to get fatter. I no go lie give u, me too no like fat women.

I weigh about 72 myself, I'm 5'10 and I'm more than content with my body. So any modern man that doesn't like me should shift na, plenty fish in the sea...

I still repeat that there are better ways to go about it if he truly loves her. Go jogging with her, register in a gym with her or find someone to go with her if he can't coz working out is fun when there's someone else and it'll serve as motivation. You don't motivate someone by kicking them down! I mean, they have been dating for 5 years, I'm pretty sure he knows her and what such words can do to her.

Imagine if your girl told you "see, your mates have cars and ya still jumping keke" as a modern man that you are, will you feel motivated?

I just don't want to give the op any advise before someone will say Adaeze ruined a relationship... but I know I can't even keep such people as acquaintances....

watch what u eat, eat less fatty,sugary foods, try walking instead of taking transport, drink water before u eat to reduce your food intake. stop the fatty n oilly foods,including fried foods,do some exercise, work your neighborhood at every chance u got. Eat more fruits n vegetables.

Do a lot of exercise. And if you give birth to a child still remain slim. It's not hard.
