Please did they give any information on their new assets? What is in the pipeline? I know Falomo Mall has been cancelled and the LASG wants to build residences there (I pray Uncle T can work things out with Oga Ambo) but what is the state of the proposed Transcorp Hotels in Ikoyi and Port-Harcourt. The money had already been raised a long time ago.
It is not enough to Afriland to claim 10 billion naira company, they have to bring receipts.

Which new asset, on the long run Tony does not care about us. You can get the annual report from APR, or read about Afriland here

For the records, donofdons got this call right. He probably had privileged info truly but I'll strongly suggest everyone treads with caution still. Hopefully your fans will pardon me for this repetition. It's just my opinion. Learn how to dine with the devil if you must.
Character is like a perfume, it announces the arrival of an individual and lingers after he/she is gone.

If you can, go to CSCS office at 2/4 Customs street. It's the same building with the NSE. Ask for your stock transaction history on ETI. It will cost you about N100 only and you would be out in minutes.

Some 80,000 manufacturing jobs are set to disappear in Nigeria, mostly as a result of the President’s FX policies, according to the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).

“Across manufacturing people are beginning to shut down. It is happening across the sector” said Babatunde Odunayo, a former CEO of Nigerian conglomerate Honeywell Group.

“Family owned businesses are shutting down,” Odunayo said.

President Buhari’s policy of pegging the naira at N199 per dollar has exacerbated inflation and unemployment as traders and retailers base prices on the black market rate hovering near N320/$1.

Experts say this development may result in fewer investments and loss of jobs in the country’s aviation sector, as many airlines may be faced with the option of laying-off staff.

The National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE) said last month, that about 2,000 Nigerian aviation workers may be sacked by foreign airlines.

This is because airlines are unable to transfer their earnings to their respective home countries to meet operational costs, in accordance with international aviation industry rules.

Believe me Peterichy, you are very important to this forum. Not really because I agree to your usual yarns but because your views are usually contrary to the norm which now allows the neutrals to have a balanced perspective.

Another disadvantage on inv one easy trade is that you cannot cancel an order once given until market close at 4 pm. If you need to cancel you have to call your accounts officer. This is huge disadvantage which Morgan does not have.

Based on what I have heard from customers of Inv one, they must be almost as useless as Meristem. Any trading platform that doesn't allow investors to edit or cancel their orders is a nonsense platform. It is better to move your portfolio to MorganCapital and enjoy what you are paying for. Meristem used to allow orders to be edited but not anymore, and stop loss orders are no longer possible on their platform.
